Rules for two lane roundabouts in the US?

I agree with the previous post. However, make sure you look carefully at the lines in the roundabout. Many people "think" you can go around and around; however, the lines may be such that you are legally required to exit. For example, there could be a solid white line directing the outermost lane of traffic to exit. If it is merely a dotted yellow, then the blue car is clearly at fault. I would recommend going back to the roundabout and looking carefully at how it is marked. Its the lines that make the difference!!!
